I graduated from Vancouver School of Bodywork & Massage (VSBM) in June 2013, with an advanced certificate in Shiatsu, as well as a deep love for Joint Release, Deep Tissue and Reflexology. I believe in the body-mind connection as a beautifully intricate working system, that has the potential to let us know when we are off balance, as well as bringing us back to centre.

This treatment is a combination of my Head Neck Face treatment and Nesting, for a beautifully extended deep dive into nervous system regeneration and sweet nurturing care. This treatment is perfect for those who struggle with depression, anxiety, a busy mind and that feeling of “running on empty”. Or simply because you enjoy exquisite self care.

Rooted

Using elements from Joint Release, Deep Tissue, Swedish and Shiatsu, I start by quieting the mind and inviting you to a dreamy escape while working on your upper back, neck, as well as pressure points on your face and head. To complete this treatment, we enter restful regeneration by stimulating reflexology points on your feet. Reflexology is the stimulation of pressure points in your feet that are related to different areas of your body, you might notice different points are more sensitive than others but relax over time. This treatment is perfect for people who need a bit more grounding in life.
